Daisy & Co Education – Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through the Daisy & Co Education website.
Daisy & Co Education provides digital resources for Early Years professionals, including downloadable journals, guides, toolkits and other educational materials.
Digital products
All products are supplied digitally unless clearly stated otherwise. No physical product will be posted.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring they are able to download and access PDF files.
Licences and permitted use
Products are supplied under the licence stated on the individual product page.
An Individual Licence is for use by one named purchaser only and must not be shared with colleagues, teams, settings or organisations.
A Setting Licence permits use by relevant staff within one Early Years setting only. It does not permit redistribution outside that setting.
Products must not be copied, resold, shared online, uploaded to shared drives for wider distribution, altered for resale or used to create competing commercial products.
Intellectual property
All Daisy & Co Education resources, designs, text and materials remain the intellectual property of Daisy & Co Education unless otherwise stated.
Purchase of a product grants a licence to use the resource in accordance with the stated licence. It does not transfer ownership of the copyright.
Payments
Payment must be made in full before digital products are supplied.
Cancellations and refunds

Product information
We aim to describe all products as accurately as possible. Colours, formatting and appearance may vary slightly depending on the device, screen or printer used.
Use of resources
Daisy & Co Education resources are designed to support professional reflection, leadership and practice. They do not replace professional, legal, regulatory or safeguarding advice.
Customers remain responsible for ensuring that their practice complies with current statutory requirements, guidance and the policies of their own organisation.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version published on the website at the time of purchase will apply.
