Daisy & Co Education is committed to making its website, digital products and customer information as clear, inclusive and accessible as reasonably possible.

## Our approach

We aim to:

* Use clear, straightforward language

* Organise information with meaningful headings

* Use readable fonts and appropriate text sizes

* Maintain clear colour contrast

* Avoid relying on colour alone to communicate meaning

* Provide descriptive text for important website images where possible

* Create resources with consistent layouts and clear instructions

* Review accessibility when developing or updating products

## Digital resources

Our downloadable resources are designed primarily for viewing and printing as PDF documents.

We recognise that some reflective worksheets, decorative elements, tables or writing spaces may not be fully accessible to every user or assistive technology. Some older resources may also require further accessibility improvements.

We will continue to review our products and make reasonable improvements where practicable.

## Third-party platforms

Daisy & Co Education uses third-party services such as Etsy, Shopify and MailerLite. The accessibility of their websites, checkout systems and other platform features is partly controlled by those providers.

## Alternative formats and assistance

If you experience difficulty accessing a Daisy & Co Education resource or require information in a different format, please contact us.

We will consider reasonable requests and try to provide an accessible alternative where practicable. The time required may depend on the nature and complexity of the resource.
